Thank you for your interest in being a Volunteer at “The Daughters of Heaven Conference” on Friday, September 29th, from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, and Saturday, September 30th, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. This event is being held on the sacred grounds of The Global Center for Christ Consciousness off of 89-A in West Sedona. This conference is Divinely Inspired, and we feel blessed that you are considering being a part of this event.
Before you register to be a Volunteer, please be sure you feel comfortable working cooperatively within a group and can follow instructions in a timely and efficient manner. If so, please sign this form and return it to our office. Thank you.
The Daughters of Heaven Conference hereby agrees to provide the following:
- Opportunity to be of service in this life-changing event
- Conference admission
- discount (scholarship also available)
- Requests for attending specific lectures, etc. will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Catered Lunch (Saturday)
- Front desk: Registering and directing attendees as they register for the conference.
- Time-keeper: Holding time cards for speakers and performers.
- Door-keeper: Checking passes at the door and directing attendees into and out of the venue.
- Guardian Angels/Security: Ask for details.
- Speaker Assistant: Assisting with needs of one (or more) of our guest speakers/ musicians
- Catering Assistant: Directing attendees to pick up food and guiding to where they can be seated
- Roamer: Check restrooms for supplies / remove trash to dumpster
